General Policy
~ Four (4) nights minimum booking
~ Extended stays might be requested during holidays & events weeks or when booking far in advance.
~ Two (2) guests maximum per apartment
~ Guests may get up to 2 visitors maximum at a time
~ 50% Reservation Deposit
~ A one time $50 Cleaning Fee applies at arrival time, in order to have the apt prepared. Complimentary weekly cleaning afterwards
~ Security Deposit: $200 (Studios) & $300 (Suites). Paid on arrival and returned at check out, if there are no damages.
~ Check in is 3 pm
~ Check out is 11 am
~ There is no front desk. Check ins & outs are done by advance appointment only
~ There is no elevator in our townhouse. Guests are responsible for carrying their own luggage
~ Guests & visitors must present a photo ID & fill up a form upon arrival
~ Smoke & pets free environment
~ Frying meals, curry & popcorn are not allowed
~ Weekly cleaning, as well as Bed & Bath linens (fresh towels are provided once a week)
~ Local phone calls are complimentary. A pre-paid phone card is needed for long distance & international calls
~ Wireless Internet access is complimentary. A password is needed
Cancellation Policy
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly, so we adhere to a strict policy
~ In the event of cancellations made 30 days or more to arrival date, a refund of the Reservation Deposit should be expected, only if the apartment is re-booked. In that case, a $70 fee will apply
~ Any unbooked nights will be also deducted from the amount to be refunded
~ In case of cancellations made less than 30 days to arrival date, no refunds will be issued
~ Changes in the period of stay will be considered as cancellations
~ No refunds or changes in reservation will be made after arrival
~ In the event of early departure, no refunds will be issued
~ We do not issue credit for future stays in case of cancellation
